Rose trémière au gîte

During our workshop in France. We had a pleasant stay at a guest house called a "gite" in a small town called Ogreville, France. The gardens were beautiful, with various blooming summer flowers; among them, Hollyhocks were especially abundant. It made me realize we don't see them as often in Iowa as we used to. This pastel painting is professionally framed.
